This site does not set cookies, does not use analytics, and loads nothing from anyone else's server. There is no banner to dismiss because there is nothing to consent to.

Great White Plumbing & Heating Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, number 12444025, with its registered office at 44 Bridle Road, Burton Joyce, Nottingham, NG14 5FS. We own and operate this website, and we are the data controller for any personal information you send us through it.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and embeds nothing that sets cookies for anyone else. It has no advertising, no social media widgets, no embedded map and no analytics or visitor tracking. Nothing about your visit is stored on your device by us.

If that changes — if we add analytics, a booking tool or an embedded map — this page will be updated first and a consent notice added, because those things cannot lawfully be switched on quietly.

The enquiry form

If you fill in the form on our contact page, we receive what you typed: your name, your phone number, and your email address, postcode and message if you gave them. We use it to reply to your enquiry, to quote for the work, and to carry out the job if you go ahead. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Submissions are handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. It stores them so we can read them, and notifies us when one arrives. Netlify processes that information on our instructions and for no purpose of its own.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them for the job and for our own business records afterwards. Gas work carries its own record-keeping obligations — a landlord gas safety record has to be kept for at least two years — and where that applies we keep the paperwork for as long as the law requires.

Server logs

Like any website, this one is served by a web host that keeps technical logs of requests — the page requested, the time, and the IP address the request came from. Those logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build a picture of individual visitors.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Write to us at the address or email above and we will respond within a month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
